In life we plan for everything – college, children, marriage, retirement. But we seldom talk about preparing for the end of our lives.
Staff from Franklin County Home Health Agency will make a public presentation about advanced directives and end of life care options at Trinity Church, Swanton, on Thursday, April 24th, 10:30 a.m.
This presentation is part of the “Start the Conversation” statewide initiative by the VNAs of Vermont, Your Non-Profit Home Health and Hospice Agencies, to provide people of all ages with the information on end-of-life options and tools they need to start what can be a difficulty conversation with their loved ones. Information packets will be provided. This is a free presentation.
