Details: Learn how to make soft cheeses, yogurt, and butter using farm fresh raw milk. Come prepared to learn, laugh and taste the products we will be making. A class handout will be provided with detailed instructions and resources.

Cheese and yogurt culture and other supplies will be available for sale - along with some organic, grass-fed raw milk and other products from the farm.

Cost for class is $40 per individual or $75 for two people.
Pre-registration is required.
