Given these times, we cannot hold our community meals in person. But we miss you! Remember drive-thru movies? We put together a "drive-thru community meal" to stay safe while staying connected with one another.
Our first drive-thru Albany Community Meal is on Saturday, April 25th between 2-5pm!
Sign up below so we can prepare your dinner for you to pick up at the Albany United Methodist Church, or for delivery to your home! CDC precautions will be taken by each of us who is preparing, packaging, distributing, and delivering your food to keep both volunteers and diners safe and healthy. The neighbors making your meals will be taking special care by following "best practices" for meal preparation during this crisis -- right now that means cooking separately at home, each cleaning and disinfecting our kitchen prep areas, wearing masks, not touching food or prep containers with unwashed hands, using no-touch deliveries, reminding each other to stay separate at pick up, and establish pick-up zones that support 6 foot distance. We will package your meals for you to carry them home and heat in your own dishes -- this reduces contact between us to help slow transmission of the virus.

Additional items may be acquired from the food share at same time by signing up(option in form below). There is a lot of food to go around, please don't hesitate to include these additional items with your meal!
