5:00 PM Call to order/amendments/welcoming guests

5:05 Considering Aegis's request for a letter support from the Select Board to the VT Public Utility Commission designating the location of solar electric generating facility (solar array) at 58 Center Road (abutting Kingsbury Construction) is a "preferred site." Action likely.

5:25 Outlining a policy for processing zoning permit applications during the COVID-19 shutdown. Zoning Administrator Mitch Osiecki to attend. Action likely.

5:45 Discussing the VT Agency of Commerce and Community Development's guidelines that town highway departments during the COVID-19 shutdown conduct only "repairs to roadway infrastructure necessary to ensure the imminent safety of motorists." Action possible.

6:00 Treasurer's Report: addressing COVID-19 financial issues. Action possible.
