1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).

 Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

III. Regular Business.
1. Acorn Solar Project (500 kW) on Bristol Landfill Memorandum of Understanding. May include deliberation in Executive Session.
2. Appointment of Town Clerk. May include deliberation in Executive Session.
3. Appointment of Town Treasurer. May include deliberation in Executive Session.
4. Coronavirus COVID-19 update: preparations, response, and impacts to municipal operations.
5. Review Selectboard schedule, goals, and priorities for 2020 – 2021.
6. Establishment of Horse Ring Committee.
7. Approval of the February 17, March 2, March 16, March 30, and April 6, 2020 meeting minutes.
8. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses.
9. Selectboard roundtable.
10. Town Administrator's report.

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received.

V. Executive Session - tentative: contract negotiations per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(A) and personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VI. Adjourn.
