Associates for Training and Development is a private nonprofit 501(c)3 headquartered in St. Albans which administers a work-based community service program for older adults called the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). This program provides paid training for income eligible, unemployed job seekers age 55+ and we are actively recruiting and providing paid services for participants statewide - even during the COVID-19 crisis!
