MESSAGE FROM TCS STUDENT COUNCIL!

Hello Tunbridge School and Town Communities,

Are you looking for something FUN to do while staying safe and keeping social distancing in mind? If so, please take a look at what the Tunbridge Central School students have planned for you.

Easter Egg Coloring Contest:
If you are interested in decorating Easter eggs this may be the challenge for you. We are asking is that if you and your families are coloring eggs this year that you will consider sharing them with the larger community. Please take a picture of your "BEST" work - the egg you like the most and send a photo of it to be posted on the Tunbridge Central School Facebook page. All photos should be sent to jnord@wrvsu.org. We hope to see many participants, but again please limit to 1 photo per artist. Please submit your entries on or before Friday April 10, 2020. HAVE FUN!!

Egg Hunt Road Rally:
This is not just any egg hunt, this is a family road rally egg hunt. If you are looking to get away from the house during this isolation time, while still being safe and taking the necessary safety precautions? We have the answer for you too! The event is happening on Saturday April 11, 2020 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in the Tunbridge community townlines.

Equipment Needed:
Family Fun Attitudes
A vehicle for the back roads of Tunbridge
Paper
Pen/Pencil
Binoculars (Possibly)
How To Play:
In the town of Tunbridge starting anytime, anywhere, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm on Saturday April 11, 2020 the hunt for eggs will begin. There will be 20 cutout paper/cardboard eggs hidden throughout the town with numbers on them. There will also be "3" shiny golden eggs with numbers hidden for bonuses.

Your task as a family is to find all 20 hidden eggs. On a piece of paper number it 1 - 20. When you find a numbered egg on your paper next to the corresponding number write where you found it. For example if there were an egg on the Post Office numbered 3, on my paper next to number 3 I would write Post Office. Do the same for the golden eggs 1 - 3.

At the end of your hunt take a picture of your scoresheet and send it to abogardus@wrvsu.org for scoring. Those families who get at least half of the eggs will get their names entered in a raffle drawing. Those who get all 20 will get their names entered twice. For each bonis your family will get an additional chance at the raffle. Please include your address if you are entering the raffle so prizes can be mailed.

Hope to see you out on the roads! Have fun while staying safe and keeping your distance from others. Please stay in your cars as all eggs will be visible from the roads.

Any questions please contact Student Council Advisor - Amy Bogardus 889 - 3306, or Student Council President - Zach Johnson 889 - 9432.Again we hope to see you participating in one or both of the events!
