The Country Club of Vermont. People enjoyed the food, the view, and the camaraderie, so we are headed back.  Your banquet includes a Caesar salad, dessert, and your choice of:
1) -Pepper crusted sirloin, port wine Demi, creamy polenta, roasted root vegetables
2) Pan roasted trout, toasted Israeli Cous Cous, brown butter caper 
3) Lemon and Sage rubbed Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, grilled escarole and radicchio
Our featured raffle item is a Specialized 2014 Hardrock Disc 29 SE Mountainbike! It could be yours for just $5.00 per ticket, 3 tickets for $10 and 8 for $20.
Of course, we’ll be auctioning and raffling off a wide assortment of great items such as fly fishing tackle, great local gifts and art work as part of the Chapter’s one and only fund raising event — the proceeds from which form the foundation of our annual budget for the projects we sponsor.
