Last minute openings in a VIRTUAL childbirth education course with Kristin Martins of The Birthing Trail based out of Moretown, VT. This is a 4-week class that will support you as you prepare for birth. We will discuss the process of labor and birth, comfort measures and relaxation, and postpartum. We will also be talking about giving birth in the time of COVID-19. Class dates are Monday, April 6th 6 PM-8 PM, Monday April 13th 6 PM-8 PM, Monday, April 27th 6 PM-8PM, May 4th, 6 PM-8PM.
