sessions are 15 minutes long and they begin every half hour for 13 sessions. This offering begins at 11 AM with the first session . The last session begins at 5 PM and ends at 5:30 PM because there is an additional offering of a 10 minute voice recording. The Gaze itself is not for those under 18 nor for a woman past the third trimester of pregnancy. The sessions include a 5 minute Introduction, a five minute video clip of Braco's work and then 5 minutes Live Streamed of Braco's Gaze. People participating are invited to simply put all their wishes into one wish for their highest good and to gaze with an open heart or as some would say, to allow the heart to open in this process. It is as simple as gazing into the eyes of a newborn who also gazes back at you. You can experience joy even in these times of great challenge.
