I hope everyone has had a chance to support one of our many amazing local eateries during the past few weeks. They are working so hard to not only stay open and survive, but to also provide us with comfort and nourishment. This time would be a lot bleaker if not for their tireless efforts and talents.

Last Sunday a movement got under way to make an extra show of support with Sunday Local Restaurant Love day. While our purchases every day are important, it would be amazing if everyone made a collective push each Sunday. A breakfast sandwich, slice of pizza or a latte, to a full dinner for six - no order is too small or too large. What's important is to do something to give our restaurant friends and family a boost.

I hope you will "break bread (or bagels)" with me on Sunday by showing your appreciation and commitment to these important people in our community. Spread the word and get some take out! Thanks.
