In an effort to continue to provide opportunities that connect our community to nature during this period of unknown, the state and the City are working to put together virtual experiences that aim to bring nature to you while we all work to navigate the "stay at home" order and for those that cannot get out of their house.
Please see the note below from the Chittenden County Forester, Ethan Tapper. All are welcome to participate in this event. The City will also be sharing more virtual experiences in the near future in the hopes of continuing to connect our residents to nature.
Be well.
Coffee with a County Forester
Friday March 27th at 9:00am
While on a stay at home order from the Governor we are looking for ways for you to continue to connect and learn about ecology and responsible forest and land stewardship. Join Vermont Coverts and Vermont Woodlands Association for an informal discussion over coffee with Ethan Tapper, the Chittenden County Forester. Ethan will answer your questions about forests, trees, forest ecology, the Current Use program, and whatever else comes up, in ZOOM video/audio conferencing format. It should be fun! Information to connect is below.
