NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Richmond Development Review Board (DRB) shall hold a public hearing in the Richmond Town Center meeting room at 203 Bridge Street on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 beginning at 7:00 PM to consider the following:
Public Hearing-
Derek Miodownik & Tamara Smith- Application 2020-019 for Conditional Use Review for an addition to a principal structure in the Flood Hazard Overlay District at 112 Esplanade, Parcel ID ES0112, in the High Density Residential (HDR) Zoning District.
Peaceable Kingdom- Application 2020-018 for an Amendment to an approved Subdivision to move a shared driveway 12' for Lot 3, 4 & 5, move the lot line between Lot 1 & Lot 2, move the building envelope for Lot 3 10', move parking for Lot 1, at 69 Thompson Rd and 4 Cochran Rd, Parcel ID TR0069 and CO0004, in the Agricultural/ Residential (A/R) Zoning District.

Approve minutes from March 11, 2020 DRB meeting
Participation in the hearing process is required to appeal a decision of the DRB. Application materials may be viewed at http://www.richmondvt.gov/boards-minutes/development-review-board/
Due to precautions being taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, DRB meetings will be held via conference call.
Per State statute there will be one member of the DRB or a staff member at the Town Center for each meeting. We encourage all other member of the DRB and of the public to call in with the conference call info below or to log into the Zoom meeting. You may also submit written testimony prior to the meeting.
