Lunch and Maple-Flavored Fun at the Maple Festival

Come to the Maple Festival Sunday for lunch! We'll be serving soups and chili, pancakes, breads, all kinds of maple desserts, ice cream, coffee and cider. Paul Morgan & Friends will entertain with acoustic music.

Be sure and check out the Silent Auction with great bargains like an Makita circular saw; Makita pro tool belt; 100 gallons of fuel oil; a week at a Williamsburg resort condo; a botanical and wildlife assessment of your property; family genealogical research; PC computer consulting; various lessons; gift baskets; restaurant & store gift certificates; artists donations; Paramount and Hildene passes; auto oil change; home baked pies; maple syrup; clothing items and much more.

Our raffle this year has 50 prizes including $100 and $50 cash prizes; many gift cards and gift certificates from area merchants and eateries; maple syrup and honey products; candles; soaps; and more.

All afternoon Phillip Mahar will demonstrate old-time sugaring over an open fire, while David Wright and Ryan Mahar will give a presentation at 2 pm on maple sugaring from early days to the present. Children's' activities are offered and they are sure to like maple cotton candy and sugar on snow!

Meet your friends for an afternoon of maple-flavored fun at the Historical Society's Maple Festival on Sunday from 1 -4 pm.
