Aging in Place: Continue the Conversation. We are an aging state and community. Seniors now represent 29% of the population of Greensboro. Remaining in their home, for as long as possible, is very important to many seniors.
On March 19 Lisa Dimondstein from Hyde Park, VT will join the group to provide information about the Lamoille Neighbor's program. This program is modeled after the Village to Village program which allows seniors to stay in their home as they age. Seniors from Hyde Parked designed the program to fit their needs.
Kim Rivard from the Council on Aging, will be available to provide information about programs and services from her agency which allow seniors to remain in their home.
Please come with you questions, suggestions as we all navigate the aging process.
