Curious about infant massage and it's benefits?
Come to Friends of Families Winter Weekend Playtime on Saturday, March 28 at Hinesburg Town Hall from 10-11:30am.
Althea Beagley is a massage therapist, lactation counselor and postpartum doula and she will host a free 30-45 min infant massage workshop introducing families to this beneficial practice. Infant massage stimulates brain development and physical growth, increases babies' bond with their grown ups, reduces digestive issues, and improves sleep, colic and relaxation.
Registration is not necessary and older siblings will find plenty of activities and a facilitator at our free playgroup to keep them entertain during the workshop.
Hinesburg Friends of Families is a program of the Hinesburg Community Resource Center.
