Two sub-groups of the Rockingham Task Force on Energy, Efficiency and Resilience will meet this week. The Task Force was recently formed based on the goals decided on by commmunity members at the "Let's Take Action Rockingham" meetings over the winter.

The Gardens-Compost-Swales Team will be meeting Wednesday, March 11 from 6:30 - 8:00 PM at Parks Place, upper conference room. If you would like to be involved with the Community Garden or to help our town grow more of the food we need or want to help set up a neighborhood composting system, please join us. The Transportation Team has a two part meeting planned for Wednesday, March 11, as well. The first part starts at 5:00 PM at the office of The Current busline on Rt. 103. They want to attend the regular scheduled CRT (Connecticut River transit) meeting to seek ways to collaborate to increase ridership on the buses.
