The Shire of Panther Vale invites one and all to a day of practical medieval crafting at the Space on Main in Bradford, VT
The Studium Generale is an Arts and Sciences event catering to the examination and hands-on learning of some of the many crafts practiced in the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). Our instructors look forward to sharing their passion and skill for the arts, whether you are exploring an art form for the first time or simply eager to expand your artistic horizons.

This year, at Studium Generale, there will be a display table for projects that folks have been working on over the winter. If you have a project you would like to show off or get feedback on, please bring it and we'll get it on the table. To clarify, this is NOT a competition or a judging, this is simply a "Hey! Here is what I've been working on the keep from going stir crazy during the winter! What do you think?" thing.
At SCA events, one is expected to wear garb. If you do not have any medieval looking clothing, Gold Key (loaner garb) will be available. Please email chatelaine@panthervale.eastkingdom.org if you will need to borrow garb.
REGISTRATION
Adult: $15 / $10 with member discount
Youth 6 to 17: $5
Child Under 6: Free
Maximum Family Rate: $40
Cash or checks only. Make checks payable to SCA Inc, Shire of Panther Vale.
FEAST
Dayboard (lunch) included in admission. Bring feast gear - plate, bowl, cup, eating utensils etc..whatever you think you will need to eat with.
PARKING
Parking is available at three parking lots. One is located at the intersection of Main Street and KD Welch Service Road just beyond Aubuchon Hardware, the second is located off of Bank St, and the third is located behind Community Bank off of Barton St. All three parking lots are identified by green public parking signs. Curbside parking is available but is limited to two hours at a time.
