This Thursday, we will be serving one of our most popular lunches of the year, second only to our Christmas Dinner in December. We will start off with a vegetable beef rice soup. Our salad is fresh pickled beets. The main course, of course, is Corned Beef and Cabbage. Gert Bingham is making Irish Soda Bread. Her granddaughter,Lisa Ward is making a six layer bar that looks wicked good for dessert. Merry Bingham will be delivering her homemade doughnuts around 11:00 to go along with coffee donated by our a Friends at VT Coffee. Also this month, in celebration of St Patrick's Day. My neighbor, Raight Greenleaf will be providing us with Celtic music starting at 11:30. Please call 453-4877 to make reservations if you haven't signed up already.
