T’ai Chi returns to the Town Hall in Worcester
Tai Chi Chuan, is an exercise system from China, that relaxes and tones the mind, body and spirit. Use this Mud Season to prepare for the seasons ahead when we can actually enjoy being out-of-doors. T’ai Chi reduces stress, anxiety and depression, while increasing energy, strength, your immune system, and flexibility.
A 6 week class ($65) begins Thursday April 10 , from 6:30-7:30 PM. Instructor Alan Erdossy has been teaching T’ai Chi throughout the northeast for over 40 years. Call the instructor (223-5125), with questions or to register.
