I hope you'll join me Friday 6-7:30pm @shelburnecommunitymovement for the first Yoga and Ayurveda workshop! We'll learn about lifestyle recommendations based on the doshas (different body constitutions) including ways to boost immunity, improve digestion, and support overall wellbeing based in a 2000+ year old science. As a dietitian, I'll also be pulling in some western science into the mix because 1. I can't help myself and 2. The two go hand-in-hand in so many ways. After a bit of learning & discussion, we'll move into a supportive yoga practice that can help balance all 3 doshas to help you feel refreshed, revitalized, and renewed.
