Description:Join farmworkers and organizers from Vermont-based human rights organization Migrant Justice for a stop on its "Dignity Tour." Workers will inform the public about the reality of labor and housing conditions dairy workers face in the dairy industry and will share their campaign to ensure that Hannaford-- one of the largest purchasers of Vermont milk, known by many for its professed progressive values-- commits to protect the fundamental human rights of dairy workers in its supply chain by joining the Milk with Dignity Program. The tour will build support for a day of action on April 17th in Scarborough Maine, calling on Hannaford to take this opportunity and live up to its promises of responsible sourcing .
