Green Up Day is on it's way! May 3rd, Saturday. Bags will be available at the Town Clerks Office, posters will go up next week. Notes to our community volunteers: BE VISIBLE (wear bright clothing), WATCH CHILDREN, leave your pets at home for this event; drive by pedestrians slowly and cautiously; be tick smart-long sleeves, pants and wear gloves; do not pick up hazardous materials (report to authorities); drop off materials at the Jericho Town Garage between the hours of 10:00am-2:00pm. SIGN UP at the Town Clerks office at 899-4936 #1-to designate the section of road in Jericho that you will be responsible for. Drive-by bag collection is welcome.
