Participants research and prepare an 8 to 10 minute oration on a topic related to the Constitution and the responsibilities of citizenship that they deliver without notes before a panel of judges. They follow up with a 3 to 5 minute speech on one assigned topic which is randomly selected from 4 possible Amendments or Articles drawn from a hat and for which they have only a few minutes to collect their thoughts.

Come listen to four students, representing Harwood Union High School, Champlain Valley Union High School, The Sharon Academy and Cate School(CA) they speak about the duties and responsibilities of citizens as it relates to the U.S. Constitution.
