The Slate Valley Museum is excited to announce the return of the popular Celtic band "Gypsy Reel" for their St. Patrick's Day performance on Saturday, March 14th from 7-9 P.M. Admission is $8 for Museum Members and $12 for Non-Members. The band plays Irish classics with their own mix of modern world rhythms that will have you tapping your feet. After 5 years of hosting this event, it has never failed to sell out! Beer will be available to purchase. Please call ahead to reserve your spot.
Artist Information: Gypsy Reel is comprised of fiddle, mandolin, banjo, guitar, upright bass and stellar vocals, Gypsy Reel performs internationally, but have a particular fondness for this Granville venue. Fiddler, Graham Parker says, "We love the acoustics and intimacy of the Slate Valley Museum's audience, which reminds us of the folk clubs and art-center venues we play in Europe."
