MadDog Chapter of Trout Unlimited Monthly Meeting March 5th

It's about Alaska!

FLOAT FISHING THE KANEKTOK, THE "CHOSEN RIVER"

Flowing 100 miles from Pegati Lake to the Bering Sea, the Kanektok River flows across the Alaskan
tundra. On its journey, it provides spawning grounds for 5 species of Pacific salmon. On its way, it provides a feast to leopard rainbows, dolly varden, artic grayling and a host of wildlife.

Join Dana Lawrence and Nancy Thomas on their 7 day float fishing adventure as they float, catch and release hundreds of these beautiful game fish in this remote and wild landscape.

The meeting is, as usual, back at The Steakhouse Restuarant on the Barre/Montpelier Road from 6:00 to 8:30. Dinner at 6:00 to catch up with one another and greet new folks. At 7:00 the meeting commences with updates on chapter happenings and upcoming events!
