TO BUY YOUR TICKET: Call Damion Craig at 802-522-3208 or David Christiansen at 802-454-8575 (you may need to leave a voicemail).

WHY: Did you know that the Barre Town softball field is used by about 250 adult players from all over the region, as far away as Massachusetts, and by the annual Freezing Fun for Families Co-Ed Snow Softball Tournament that provides financial assistance to families battling childhood cancer?

Many of the lights at the Barre Town Rec Area softball field are about 40 years old. 5 years ago the town got a quote and began setting aside money to replace them this year. In 2018, we found that technology and costs had changed significantly since the quote. Many bulbs have failed in the last two years. As the field users will tell you, the project can't wait much longer!

This fundraiser will help get the project done in 2020. The total costs are $80,600. Of this, $54,484 still needs to be raised, with a good portion of this planned for the next town budget.

Buy a ticket to have a fun night out and help reduce the amount Barre Town taxpayers need to pay to get bright, energy efficient lights (LED bulbs) at this field!

ORGANIZED BY: Barre Men's Softball, Barre Men's Over 30 Softball League, Barre Co-Ed Softball League, Barre Town Recreation.
