This series of workshops is designed to help you learn about both feminine and masculine energy. We will discuss how to connect more deeply with the feminine and intuition. The series will be a journey beginning with exploring what these energies are. We will loosely define them and talk about how each of them play out in our lives. Then moving forward the focus will shift to how to work more deeply with them. I will share tools and exercises for deepening intuition and connection with our soul voice. There will be some discussion about the use of oracle cards, crystals and ritual as ways to strengthen connection. Each session will build on the other, however, drop ins to one or the other are welcome if you are not able to attend all three.

These gatherings will be interactive. There will be sharing and open discussion amongst our group. I intend on conducting them in a circle format to create a safe, sacred space in which everyone can learn and share their own experiences and questions. I would suggest that you bring a journal and pen with you to capture thoughts and ideas for yourself. There are likely to be some journaling prompts used over the course of the workshop as well. The only other thing I ask you to bring is your whole, authentic self and your curiosity.
