Murfee, one of the candidates for Mayor, will be hosting a bake sale at Shaws in Fair Haven on February 22nd at 11am to raise money for the new Fair Haven Playground. As you know $80,000 is needed and this is just another way we can all help the cause. We are hoping to have a great turnout to help fund our Playground...please come and show your support for the kids in the town. There will be lots of yummies and Murfee will be there giving out his campaign stickers and snuggles. So far these are just a few of the baked goods we'll have on hand: cupcakes, zucchini bread, key lime bread, toffee bars, lemon squares, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, whoopie pies, assorted cookies, banana bread, choc mousse & real whipped cream puffs and natural dog treats (Murfee said we had to have those!). Murfee is also donating his campaign buttons to be sold at the bake sale. All proceeds will go to the Playground Fund
