Bushfires in Australia have been burning out of control since late fall ravaging huge swaths of the Australian countryside. The massive wildfires have killed more than 30 people and an estimated 1 billion animals, and burned over 2,500 homes and over 72,000 square miles of land, an area the size of the entire New England region. Although the fires are almost out and the new crews are moving on Burlington's headline chefs are rolling up their sleeves to help out.
