Monday Night Yoga

Are you looking to expand your fitness routine, take some time to slow down, get a little more limber and balanced, or to try something new, join your friends and neighbors for Community Calm Yoga on Monday evenings 5:30-6:30pm starting Monday February 17th.
Beginners encouraged!

Some things to know:
- Wear something comfy and warm. Class will start and end slowly so layers are recommended (we'll be in socks or bare feet)
- If you have your own mat and/or blocks, I encourage you to bring them. Though there are a few loaners available.
- This class will follow a basic Hatha flow
Seated introduction/reflection/mindfulness
Warm up
Movement - pose sequences
Savasana - laying down or in a comfortable position
Seated closing

- Yoga is a practice! We don't get better at new things unless we practice! Come as you are and I'll meet you there!
- These classes are by donation with a sliding scale recommendation of $5 - $15, per person, per class.
