Jeff Young demonstrates pruning techniques in his annual lilac program for the Central Vermont UVM Extension Master Gardeners. Jeff is a lilac expert who directs the care of the lilacs at the UVM Horticulture Farm, Shelburne Museum, and Mackinac Island, Michigan.
