I am giving a talk on ageing well at The Winooski Senior Center. Anybody can come. You don't have to be a Winooski resident and you don't need to be old. I am a retired physician pushing 70 and I want to share the latest ideas on how to keep healthy and active as we age. People have told me that I am a good teacher. Come and find out for yourselves.
