BOTTLE DRIVE
to benefit Odyssey of the Mind

When: Saturday, April 12th between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Where: Thatcher Brook Primary School or Waterbury Center Green

The Crossett Brook and Thatcher Brook Odyssey of the Mind kids continue their fundraising efforts this week as they work towards travelling next month to Iowa State University and the World OM Finals. Kids and their parent drivers will be out collecting returnable bottles and cans on Saturday. They also will have two drop-off locations if people want to contribute: Thatcher Brook Primary School and the Waterbury Center green. Drop off at either spot from 10 to noon.

OM is a creative problem-solving extra-curricular activity where teams of students work together to present innovative, clever, creative presentations that solve a detailed problem. Six local teams joined dozens of other student teams from around Vermont at the state OM tournament in March. Three local teams will go on to the international competition in May.
