If you enjoy fiddle music there is going to be a fabulous concert this Sat., April 12, at the Bethel Town Hall. The Vermont Fiddle Orchestra is going to have a concert with Mary Lea as a guest fiddler. They will be playing music from many traditions, but will have a number of tunes that are used in English country dances. Mary Lea is a fiddler with the group Bare Necessities, which often plays for dances. If you like contra and English country dance or want a chance to try it out, there will be a family dance before the concert, starting at 4:30, followed by a potluck super. It promises to be a wonderful evening!
