Come Learn about the Ashley Community Forest. Find out about the opportunities this 256-acre shared recreational, educational and forestry resource will offer to the residents of Sharon and Strafford - and what is needed to put it on the map.

The first in a series of informational meetings to give community members more information about the project and have their questions answered will take place:

Tuesday, February 11, 6:30-8:00 pm, Barrett Hall Strafford
Thursday, February 13, 6:30-8:00 pm, Sharon Elementary School

Residents from Sharon and Strafford, and other interested folks, are welcome to attend either meeting. There will be additional meetings in the spring to share details of the proposed legal and management structures in advance of special town meeting votes.
