HOW TO COOK YOUR LIFE:
An exploration of mindfulness and attention through food

This is an exciting Shao Shan Temple program specifically designed for the teen age group.
The day will include meditation instruction, fun mindfulness activities and lunch.
● Participants should come prepared to be outdoors.
● A simple vegetarian lunch is provided
● There is no specific charge for this program. Donations are gratefully accepted.
