Materials for the February 13 Planning Commission meeting are now available, and digital files in Adobe Acrobat (*.PDF) format have been posted online at https://goo.gl/Oh9xN6.

Please note that for much of the meeting the Planning Commission will sit as the Telecommunications Review Board ("TRB") and perform duties assigned to it under Shelburne's Ordinance for Towers and Telecommunication Facilities.

As indicated by the agenda, the vast majority of the meeting will be dedicated to a public hearing. The hearing is being conducted so the "TRB" can consider an application for two "ham radio" towers (each 70' tall, capped by 14' masts and "ham" radio antenna) at 4450 Dorset Street.
