Join WonderArts VT and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center for a special film series about climate change, with a focus on how our choices affect our planet. The Game Changers tells the story of a Special Forces trainer and The Ultimate Fighter winner as he travels the world on a quest to uncover the truth about meat, protein, and strength. Come early to grab a bowl of soup, and stick around after the film for a conversation.
Most of us have heard that eating less meat could reduce greenhouse gas emissions. But this film goes to the next level, arguing that eating vegan is also healthier and will increase athletic performance. The film is compelling and polarizing and some of the science has been called into question, so it should make for a lively post-film discussion. We will have a nutritionist on hand to weigh in during the discussion.
