Hi all. I wanted to invite you to the first annual Climate Action Film Festival next Wednesday at the Middlebury Marquis Theater! This is an evening of short films from near and far featuring stories about people taking action against climate change. Considering our current climate status and growing concern for the future we often feel defeated and helpless. This festival aims to move us into a place of hope, inspiration, and ACTION. Tonight's Burlington premier is almost sold out, but you can purchase tickets for the next screening on Wednesday, February 12th, 6pm at the Middlebury Marquis Theater at http://www.climateactionfilmfestival.com/. SunCommon is hosting this event in partnership with the Vermont Youth Lobby, VPIRG (Vermont Public Interest Research Group), and VNRC (Vermont Natural Resources Council). $10 - $20 suggested donation will go to these partner groups, but no one will be turned away.
