Kidpower Safety Workshop for Children Ages 6-12 and their Adults
May 10, 2014, 1-5 pm at Lake Champlain Waldorf High School campus, 735 Ferry Road, Charlotte
In this upbeat workshop, children learn assertiveness and boundary-setting skills they can use right away to feel safer and more confident at home, on the playground, and out and about in the world - as well as emergency-only physical self-defense skills. Their adults are coached in how to practice these skills with their children.
Fee: $100 per child, with adults included.
Scholarships and payment plans are available.
