Tasting Plate - Risotto Veal Bombas with green herb sauce, Corn Polenta with Seared Scallop, seaweed, garlic aioli, and a Loaded Red Potato with Chorizo, smoky paprika sauce
Salad Wilted Spinach with Pine Nuts, garnished with salt cod fritter and balsamic reduction
Main Course Wine steamed Mussels with roasted leeks and tomatoes, fettuccini, clam sauce, fresh oregano
OR
Roast Chicken braised in Rioja wine and fresh herbs, served with traditional Spanish Rice and lemon roasted endive
OR
Wild Mushroom soufflé set in a blended green onion, carrot and white wine sauce.
Dessert Orange and Almond torte garnish with Amaretto cream liquor and candied citrus peel
