G.C. Waldrep is the author most recently of feast gently (Tupelo, 2018) and the long poem Testament (BOA Editions, 2015). Recent work has appeared or is forthcoming in American Poetry Review, New England Review, Yale Review, Colorado Review, Conjunctions, New American Writing, Denver Quarterly, and other journals.
Waldrep’s work has received a Gertrude Stein Award for Innovative American Writing and a 2007 National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship in Literature. From 2007 to 2018 he served as Editor-at-Large for The Kenyon Review. Waldrep lives in Lewisburg, PA, where he teaches at Bucknell University and edits the journal West Branch.
