Beginning Thursday, February 13th, 2020 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at The Gifford Conference Center, 44 South Main Street, Randolph 05060

Are you interested in FREE Support to improve your lifestyle? Weight-loss?

What about a FREE lifestyle coach who will support you with lifestyle changes like tips for healthier eating? How to grocery shop on a budget for healthier meals? How to incorporate exercise into your busy schedule? Weekly (PRIVATE) weigh-ins to encourage healthy weight-loss and accountability…

You're in luck! We have a great opportunity available to get your individualized lifestyle plan started!

• Calorie King Guidebook
