1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).

III. Regular Business.
1. Budget workshop: finalize general fund budget. May include deliberation in Executive Session regarding personnel compensation.
2. Review Water and Sewer Dept. budgets and water system long range capital plan.
3. Review and finalize Town Meeting and Police District warnings.
4. Designate alternate authorized representative for the DWSRF planning loan for the Village water line replacement engineering report.
5. Approval of the January 13, 2020, January 20, 2020, and January 15, 2018 (backlog, tentative) meeting minutes.
6. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor licenses.
7. Selectboard concerns.
8. Town Administrator's report.
IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received.
V. Executive Session: personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3) and pending litigation per 1 V.S.A. 313(a)(1)( E).
