PUBLIC MEETING

There will be a Newport City Planning Commission Public Meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Room of the Municipal Building to consider the following:
Agenda:
1. Call to Order
2. Approve the minutes of the Jan. 21,2020 meeting
3. Formally accept resignation of Bob Currier and vote officially on new officers for the planning commission.
4. Update on planning grant including any prospective applicants responding to the existing RFP. Discuss amending RFP, if there is no response.
6. Review any applicants for the open planning commission position and alternates.
7. Other business
8. Set date and agenda for next meeting
9. Adjourn

Materials regarding this meeting are available for inspection in the Zoning Administrator's Office.
