Help us make a difference in our patients' lives by becoming a volunteer for Addison County Home Health and Hospice and helping us in caring for our community members. We currently are seeking volunteers to provide support for our patients in their homes. If you are a trained volunteer or a prospective volunteer we very much want to meet you!
