Attendees will be shuttled from our three parking locations at Randolph Union High School, Randolph Elementary and Carroll Concrete's parking lot. Shuttles will be on-going from 1 pm until the event is over and will routinely stop at each parking lot.

We're looking for dedicated volunteers to work in 2.5 hour shifts. Volunteers will be rewarded with Winterfest cash that they can spend at a food vendor and a special gift. Please submit your contact information on our website by February 9th. You can view the volunteer schedule to sign-up for the position and time shift of your choice. The Winterfest committee will be hosting two volunteer meetings the week of the event to help you prepare for the big day.

Sponsorships from local businesses and organizations allow us to make this a free event. If you would like to be a sponsor, contact randolphwinterfest@gmail.com and include your logo before February 9th. We encourage sponsors to contact us before the deadline to reserve their spot on the banners.
