The life and work of Civil Rights icon and politician, Rep. John Lewis of Georgia, is portrayed in graphic novel format in this first of a series. Sponsored by the Vermont Humanities Council, the Vermont Reads program encourages all Vermonters to read and discuss a specific book each year. March, Book One, co-authored by Congressman Lewis, Andrew Aydin and Nate Powell, is especially timely. It's a quick and thought-provoking read. Please stop by the adult circulation desk to pick up a copy.
