Qigong Coming to Tunbridge Public Library

An invitation to come try Qigong at the Tunbridge Public Library. The ancestor of Tai Chi, it was first practiced 5000 years ago and is still relevant today for cultivating good health! Simple, fun exercises help strengthen balance, circulation and focus. (The only hard thing about it is remembering the pronunciation--Chee gung!)
